Discover Space Innovation at AZO during the Lange Nacht der Wirtschaft & Wissenschaft 2026

On 19 June 2026, Anwendungszentrum GmbH Oberpfaffenhofen and ESA BIC Bavaria will open their doors for the Lange Nacht der Wirtschaft & Wissenschaft 2026 at the AirTechCampus in Weßling.
Under the motto Neugier verbindet, visitors are invited to discover how space technologies, entrepreneurship and high-tech innovation can become practical applications for business, science and society.
Throughout the evening, AZO and ESA BIC Bavaria will offer insights into Bavaria’s space startup ecosystem. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet startup founders, explore live demonstrations and learn how innovative companies are using technologies from the space sector in fields such as robotics, artificial intelligence, software and drone applications.
The event is designed for a broad audience, including families, students, professionals, regional companies, innovation enthusiasts and curious visitors of all ages. It offers an accessible look at how startup incubation works, how space technologies create real-world impact and why Bavaria is an important location for space entrepreneurship.
